I’m Todd Greer,
Chief Catalyst at
After almost two decades of on-the-ground work in nonprofit organizations, building capacity through communications and leadership development, Todd Greer, PhD. (Organizational Leadership, Regent University) recognized a need for a 3rd space (not the traditional image of home or corporate environment) that could facilitate the movement of people, ideas, services, products, and organization. His mission in life is to grow others through the engagement of their “sweet spot” where they can thrive in teams, organizations and, especially, as people.
Todd and his family have called Mobile, AL home since 2014, following stints in Richmond, VA and Southern Michigan. Besides his work at the Exchange, Todd is an avid community volunteer, raving fan of a wide variety of sports and sports teams (especially the teams from his native SE Michigan region), and a voracious reader.
Todd has a song for just about every occasion. It has been noted that simply saying song lyrics in a sentence forces Todd to start into song. Apparently those two years as a DJ on his high school radio station have had a lasting effect.
Todd has served as a Team Building consultant, Minister, Nonprofit Executive, College Recruiter, Volleyball and Tennis coach, Communications Director, Events Coordinator, and College Instructor. Which pretty much confuses anyone who ever looked at his resume!
Connecting people is one of the things Todd enjoys most. He has connected people to companies, companies to companies, people to people, people to ideas, people to books, people to programs, husband to wife, players to teams, and he thinks he might have even connected people to money too, but somehow he never saw any of it!
Todd is a voracious reader (or listener) of books. He annually reads more than a book a week. If you check out his office you can see just a small amount of the books that he collects. Ask him if he has read them all and you can watch his disgusted face (not all books are for reading, some are for reference).
